We are looking for a proven, high-performing leader to become our Director of Account Management. The Director of Account Management is responsible for working with Bridge Connector bringing thought leadership in crafting client strategy, building successful teams, and evolving relationships with our clients.

Bridge Connector is an iPaaS platform that delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations. Founded on the idea that any healthcare organization should be able to automatically transfer data between disparate systems, Bridge Connector offers a seamless solution, regardless of platform and without requiring an IT team. 


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. You will be the first point of contact for new clients coming on board and will own the relationship during implementation and post-go-live
  • Assist in setting strategy for communication, account servicing, and growth
  • Drive upsells, contract renewals, and new revenue streams within existing client base
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Delivery, Sales, Support, and Solutioning teams to enhance our ability to meet client needs and communicate product updates to clients 
  • Develop account strategies, including on-boarding and account reviews, for all customers to retain and grow business
  • Own activities respond to customer upset opportunities, including solution strategy, RFP responses, demonstrations, and pricing 
  • Travel could be up to 25%

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of leading highly successful account management teams
  • Prior experience in directly managing account management teams within healthcare is preferred 
  • Extensive experience selling into healthcare and technology verticals
  • Desire to lead, grow, and mentor teams
  • Comfortable converting ambiguity into meaningful metrics to drive decisions and measure performance
  • Operational knowledge across the healthcare spectrum
  • Expertise in developing trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and teammates
  • Unrelenting drive to continuously improve yourself, your team, and your organization 
  • Thrive in an environment with constant change
  • Operate within a growth-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to think critically about needs of the client, and communicate them to feed into internal product strategy
