A Bridge Connector Business Development Representative (BDR) sits at a vital point between marketing and sales, and is usually the first person to begin the relationship with Bridge Connector customers and partners.

Working with both sales and marketing teams, the Bridge Connector BDR must be able to manage efforts across multiple campaigns, and ensure that customers begin their buyer’s journey with the best possible experience. The BDR will act as a trusted advisor to potential buyers, and can always be trusted to deliver the right message, to the right person, at the right time.

 The most successful BDR will have a relentless drive to make new contacts, and carry an extremely warm, helpful personality. They will also enjoy talking to several new people on a daily basis, and be able to maintain “professional persistence” to turn marketing qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities.

 What you will do:

  • Perform timely and relevant warm follow-up to potential customers who have expressed interest in or may be a fit for Bridge Connector
  • Nurture early relationships to develop them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Partner with potential customers to determine how Bridge Connector can best help
  • Work with the Bridge Connector marketing and sales teams to drive customer, partner, and prospect participation in field marketing events
  • Attend in-market events to identify potential new customers

 You Should Have:

  • 4-year degree
  • 5 years of business development experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience working with marketing teams on both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
  • A history of blowing up your quotas and success in a relational sales environment
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market and terminology

 We would be even more interested if you have:

  • Experience in healthcare and understanding of healthcare terminology and needs is a strong plus
  • Experience selling SaaS technology
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales-enablement tools
