We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager with experience selling healthcare technology and/or other services. Account Managers are responsible for working with Bridge Connector clients to guide them from the time they execute their agreement, through delivery and go-live. This role works collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to identify an opportunity to expand accounts.

Founded on the idea that any healthcare organization should be able to automatically transfer data between disparate systems, Bridge Connector offers a seamless solution, regardless of platform and without requiring an IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. You will be the first point of contact for new clients coming on board and will own the relationship during implementation and post-go-live

  • Become the client’s trusted business advisor and establish executive relationships

  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

  • Develop account strategies for strategic customers to retain and grow business

  • Manage activities to respond to customer upsell opportunities, including solution strategy, RFP responses, demonstrations, pricing

  • Travel up to 25%

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of documented SaaS sales or account management experience in a subscription-based sales environment or 3+ years working in a customer service role building strong business relationships and conducting renewals

  • Experience selling into healthcare and technology verticals

  • Proven ability to maintain quality relationships, clients and partners

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Positive attitude, willingness to persevere when told faced with an objection

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills:

  • Positive attitude, willingness to persevere when told faced with an objection

  • Experience selling and working with healthcare executives

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com

  • A desire to work for a startup company
